The Southbend Platinum PRO convection oven is a single-deck oven. Touch Controls. Independent Doors. Each oven has 11 rack positions. Five wire racks are provided with each oven. The TC touchscreen controls have a lowest stated temperature-controller setting of 150°F. The TC touchscreen controls have a highest stated temperature-controller setting of 550°F. The PCES-PRO-SINGLE oven controls are single phase. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top; its oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish.
