HL7-14. 3/4 Size, 14 pr. Universal Pan Slides - 120V, 1PH. The Carter-Hoffmann HL7-14 cabinet has a listed capacity of 28 pans in the 12 in × 20 in format, with pan spacing at 3 in (76 mm). The Carter-Hoffmann HL7-14 cabinet has a listed capacity of 14 pans in the 18 in × 26 in format, with pan spacing at 3 in (76 mm). The hotLOGIX HL7 heated holding cabinets use a dial control for temperature setting. The blower heater on the hotLOGIX HL7 heated holding cabinets is capable of heating to 200°F (93°C). The top-mounted blower heater pre-heats to 160°F (71°C) in approximately 25 minutes. The cabinets have 20-gauge interior and 20-gauge polished exterior stainless steel; a full-depth caster bolster with perimeter supports welded to the bolsters. The HL7-14 and HL7-18 cabinets have a rated current draw of 17.5 amperes. The HL7-14 and HL7-18 cabinets have a stated electrical input of 2100 watts. plug type: nema 5-20.
