The ovens have stainless steel construction. The ovens use a Jet Air reversing fan system with variable air speeds and fan delay. The ovens provide shot and pulse steam capabilities. The JA8X, JA8XG, and JA8XR ovens have temperature control up to 500°F (260°C).
