The Blodgett One Touch control lets the operator cook manually and fine-tune settings, use pre-programmed recipes for consistent results, or use SmartChef to automatically select optimum settings. The Blodgett oven's touchscreen control stores up to 1500 recipes. The BLCT-6E has 430 stainless steel sides, top and back, and a 304 stainless steel bottom, door and interior. The automated CombiWash system features very low water and detergent consumption and no contact with chemicals. No proprietary chemicals are required; see owner's manual for detergent guidelines.
