A 12-inch-wide sectional electric range with a full-width griddle is available … as a modular unit for mounting on a countertop, refrigerated base, or freezer base. The Southbend PE12N-T and PE12C-T griddles have thermostatic temperature control. The heating element in the Southbend PE12N-T range is rated at 5.3 kW. The PE12N-T uses a 3-phase electrical supply. The range includes a full-width griddle with a 1/2-inch-thick stainless steel surface, side and rear splashers, and a grease drawer. The front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom are stainless steel, and the lining and burner box are fully insulated. Installation under a vented hood is recommended.
