PTDTT20. Two Door. The PTDTT20 cart holds 20 trays. specified for 12 in × 19 in trays. PTDTT20, PTDTT24, PTDTT28, PTDTT32, and PTDTT36 carts have 5.25 in standard rack spacing. The insulation in the cavities of the PTDTT20, PTDTT24, PTDTT28, PTDTT32, and PTDTT36 carts is 1 inch thick. The insulation in the cavities of the PTDTT20, PTDTT24, PTDTT28, PTDTT32, and PTDTT36 carts is high density. Completely welded cabinet construction. Ultra-quiet construction with sound-dampening features. Cabinet formed and welded to base. All seams turned in to eliminate raw edges. Two drain plug with tether. The welded stainless steel doors have two pin hinges bolted to the cabinet, a full-length integrated door handle with magnetic closure, a magnetic door-open feature, and 270-degree door swing. Vents on both ends to allow escape of excess heat and moisture. The bumper frame on PTDTT20, PTDTT24, PTDTT28, PTDTT32, and PTDTT36 carts is described as heavy-duty. The bumper set on PTDTT20, PTDTT24, PTDTT28, PTDTT32, and PTDTT36 carts extends around the full perimeter.
