Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4602CC-2GL_NG, is a commercial indoor natural-gas unit built for high-volume line cooking. It combines six 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with continuous wavy cast grates and a 24" manual griddle on the left, plus two cabinet bases for under-range storage; the 210,000 BTU input and 60-3/4" x 34" footprint make it a large floor model for busy restaurant kitchens rather than a compact counter unit. It has stainless steel front and sides, a front manual gas shut-off, factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases, with optional casters and cabinet doors.
