The Southbend P36 ComboTop base configuration option C is Cabinet. The P36-BGG/BTT combination-top configuration has two open-top burners. The griddle component on the P36-BGG/BTT combination-top configuration is 24 inches wide. fuel type: gas. gas type: natural gas. gas input btu: 134000. Thermostatic griddle control provides a griddle surface-temperature range of 180°F to 400°F. The griddle has “Insta-On” thermostatic control, a 1-inch-thick griddle plate with side and rear splashers, and a removable stainless steel grease drawer. The exterior finish is #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel on the front, sides, rear and exterior bottom. Southbend sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 7 in W.C. for natural gas.
