The KELS-30F has standard available electrical capacity of 18 kW. The KELS kettle has a listed 208 VAC, 3-phase operating option. The food-contact interior liner of the KELS kettle is standard 316 stainless steel for high-acid-content cooking. Construction shall be all welded #4 finish stainless steel, type 304. The controls shall be integrally mounted and shall include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve and low water shut off. The KELS kettle is NSF certified.
