Each ECOD 5-pan full-size convection oven unit is electrically heated. Each ECOD 5-pan full-size oven unit has an electrical heating input of 11.66 kW. The ECOD oven operating temperature range is 150 to 450°F. The ECOD ovens are supplied with solid state control packages. The ECOD convection oven controls provide time control. The ECOD convection oven controls provide temperature control. The ECOD convection oven fan has two speeds. The ECOD convection oven exterior is made of 430 Series stainless steel.
