Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4603AA-3GR_NG, built for commercial kitchen use with a 60-3/4" footprint and natural gas operation. It combines four 33,000 BTU star burners, a 36" manual griddle on the right, and two convection oven bases, so it fits high-volume line cooking and mixed-menu production more than a compact station; the ovens run on 115V, 3-phase power and each has a 175°F–550°F thermostat with three racks.
