ECX-10S … convection steamers. ECX-10S. ECX-10S … models have an electric steam boiler base. voltage: 220. The steam boiler is specified for 3-phase supply. The electric steam boiler operates at 9–11 psi (62–76 kPa). Standard features include a water treatment system, split water line, CSD-1 boiler controls, automatic blowdown and a drain tempering system for the 140 degree temperature requirement (requires 1/2” cold water connection). The steamer shall be constructed of #4 finish stainless steel type 304, with a cooking chamber of one-piece, all welded, 316 stainless steel. A timer is included in each steamer compartment. Each steamer compartment's timer has a 60-minute duration. Each steamer compartment's timer is mechanical. A steamer in the 24-in cabinet configuration is 24 in [610 mm] wide.
