The CTB/CTBR half-size electric convection oven uses electric heating. The Blodgett CTB/CTBR half-size convection oven is available in a double-compartment configuration. Each CTB/CTBR oven compartment supports 13 x 18 in standard half-size bake pans. controls: solid-state manual controls with separate dials for thermostat and time. The CTB/CTBR oven's temperature-control range is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C) per oven section. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is listed for 220/240 V, 60 Hz, single-phase supply. A standard-output CTB/CTBR oven section is rated at 5.6 kW per oven section. The CTB/CTBR oven has a two-speed fan motor. The oven has a full angle-iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back; a dual-pane thermal glass window encased in a stainless steel door frame; a single chrome-plated door handle; a tilt-down modular front control panel; and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom. The baking-compartment liner is double-sided porcelainized and 14 gauge.
