Basket options include two black-handle twin baskets or one full basket; the full basket is not available on 14T or with basket lifts. The fryer tank is stainless steel. The cabinet has a stainless-steel front, door, and sides. Standard features include an element rack, a drain-line clean-out rod, a fryer cleaning brush, and a fryer-cleaner sample packet. The fryers use fixed immersion type heating elements with high temp alloy sheath, mercury-free contactors, drain valve interlock, a 1-1/4 in full port drain, and a 3/16 in bottom hinge.
