The Lang R36C-M* Series range is 36 inches wide. The ATCM cook-top configuration of the Lang R36C-M* Series range has two French plates. Each French plate in the ATCM cook-top configuration of the Lang R36C-M* Series range is 8 inches in diameter. The Lang R36C-M* Series electric range in ATCM configuration uses 6-heat switches to control the French plates. The Lang R36C-M* Series convection oven holds up to six full-size 18 x 26-inch sheet pans. The oven thermostat for the Lang R36C-M* Series range convection oven has a temperature range of 150–450°F.
