The MODs are described as extra deep, heavy duty, top-mount, rectangular drop-in food-warmers for 4/3 pans measuring 12 in x 27 in, in one- to five-well configurations. The MOD327TDM, MOD327TDMAF, MOD327T, and MOD327TD each have three wells. Each well in the MOD327TDM, MOD327TDMAF, MOD327T, and MOD327TD accepts a 12 in x 27 in 4/3 pan format. The MOD327TDM, MOD327TDMAF, MOD327T, and MOD327TD food warmers have thermostatic controls. Each individual well has separate controls. The MOD327TDM, MOD327TDMAF, MOD327T, and MOD327TD food warmers are rated at 208/240 V. The MOD327TDM, MOD327TDMAF, MOD327T, and MOD327TD food warmers are rated at 1240/1650 W. The MOD327TDM, MOD327TDMAF, MOD327T, and MOD327TD food warmers have no standard power cord supplied (NONE). The MOD food warmers have a one-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans. The MOD327TDM, MOD327TDMAF, and MOD327TD food warmers include a drain. The MOD327TDM, MOD327TDMAF, MOD327T, and MOD327TD are NSF certified. The MOD327TDM, MOD327TDMAF, MOD327T, and MOD327TD are UL listed.
