Each deck of the listed EP 5736 ovens has a deck size of 36 in (914 mm) deep. Each deck of the listed EP 5736 ovens has a deck size of 57 in (1448 mm) wide. The double-unit EP-2-8-3836 and EP-2-8-5736 ovens are 66 in (1676 mm) high overall, including 30 in (762 mm) legs. All six listed EP 3836 and EP 5736 ovens are 43 in (1092 mm) deep overall. The EP-1-8-5736, EP-2-8-5736, and EP-3-8-5736 ovens are 74 in (1880 mm) wide overall. The controls of all listed EP 3836 and EP 5736 ovens have a highest thermostat setting of 650°F (343°C). The controls of all listed EP 3836 and EP 5736 ovens have a lowest thermostat setting of 300°F (149°C). The heating elements in Bakers Pride EP series pizza ovens are independently controlled. The EP series is constructed with a heavy-duty angle iron frame, fully welded to allow stacking up to three ovens to increase production without sacrificing space.
