The Southbend Platinum Series bakery electric convection oven is a single-deck oven. The Southbend Platinum Series single-deck oven assembly includes one oven. Each oven is listed with 7.5 kW for heating elements. Each oven in the 7.5 kW for Heating Elements group has a rated supply voltage of 208 VAC. Each oven in the 7.5 kW for Heating Elements group has a rated supply frequency of 60 Hz for the 208 VAC rating. PCEB electric oven units are available for three-phase operation. The phase for PCEB electric oven units must be specified upon ordering. The Southbend Platinum Series oven with SC standard controls has a thermostat temperature range of 140°F to 500°F. The Southbend Platinum Series oven's SC-standard controls have a timer duration of 60 minutes. The oven has a stainless-steel front, top, and sides, and its interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain-enamel finish. The PCEB-SINGLE oven is recommended to be installed under a vented hood. A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCEB-SINGLE oven.
