This Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range is an indoor propane unit with a 60.75" W x 34" D footprint, 59.5" height, and heavy 1,075-lb build, so it’s aimed at a full-service commercial kitchen rather than a compact line. It combines four 33,000 BTU star burners with four 40,000 BTU Pyromax high-output burners for a 292,000 BTU total, plus two cabinet bases for under-range storage, stainless front and sides, manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, standing pilots, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. Compared with smaller range options, this is a high-output, floor-model production range suited to high-volume sautéing and general cooking where propane supply, 10" rear/side clearance, and serious deck space are part of the spec.
