Southbend Counterline griddles have a 3/4-inch rear gas connection. Southbend Counterline thermostatic griddle models have “Insta-on” thermostatic controls. cooking surface material: polished rolled steel. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick. The griddle plate is fully welded and includes side splash guards and a grease drawer. Each foot of the griddle is heated by a U-shaped burner. For safety, each pilot has a flame failure device. The HDG griddles must be installed under a vented hood.
