The Platinum Series standard gas convection oven is a double-deck assembly. The double-deck assembly includes two oven decks. Each PCGS double oven cavity has an interior height of 20 in (508 mm). The standard control panel is on the front, at the right side of the oven. Stainless Steel front, sides and top. The oven interior has a porcelain enamel finish, coved and fastener free.
