The CTBHA/CTBRHA half-size convection oven uses electric heat. CTBRHA. Each oven section has nine rack positions. Each CTBHA/CTBRHA oven compartment has an interior width of 15-1/4 in. (387 mm). Each CTBHA/CTBRHA oven compartment has an interior depth of 21 in. (533 mm). Each CTBHA/CTBRHA oven compartment has an interior height of 20 in. (508 mm). The CTBHA/CTBRHA standard-depth baking compartment accepts the pans in a front-to-back position. The CTBHA/CTBRHA oven has a SimpleTouch capacitive touchscreen control interface. The oven offers Manual Mode, Recipe Cooking, and Rack Timing; convection-only mode for baking and pastries; and HydroAssist Mode, which provides humidity. Each CTBHA/CTBRHA oven compartment can be set to a maximum temperature of 500°F. Each CTBHA/CTBRHA oven compartment can be set to a minimum temperature of 200°F. The CTBHA/CTBRHA oven is available with a 208 V supply.
