BGMTS-40 is a hydraulic tilting skillet. BGMTS-40 gas modular tilt skillets have a capacity of 40 gallons (152 liters). BGMTS-40 skillet is gas-fired. BGMTS-40 gas modular tilt skillets have a gas input of 100,000 BTU/hr. BGMTS-30 and BGMTS-40 gas modular tilt skillets require propane supply pressure of 11–14 inches water column. BGMTS gas modular tilt skillets require single-phase electrical service. The controls are mounted in the cabinet base and include a temperature light, tilt switch, electronic ignition, and tilt safety switch; the hydraulic lift system is powered by a 1/2 HP electric motor for smooth and precise tilting action. The cooking surface is 3/4 in triple-ply construction with a 3/8 in thick aluminum core, ensuring even heat distribution over the entire cooking surface. The pan is formed from 10 gauge 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish exterior and polished interior with coved corners for easy cleaning.
