Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4605AA-2GR_LP, is a full-size high-volume cookline unit with a 60-3/4" wide, 37" high top and two convection oven bases below. It combines three 33K front burners, two rear Pyromax burners, and a 24" manual griddle on the right, for 291,000 total BTU in propane, with standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the ovens, a front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, and stainless front/sides. This is a floor range for busy commercial kitchens that need open-burner, griddle, and oven capacity in one footprint; the ovens are 115V, 3-phase listed with NEMA 5-15 plug and have 175°F–550°F thermostats, three racks, and an on/off switch for standard-oven operation.
