Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range for commercial indoor use, with a 60.75"W x 42.13"D footprint and 59.5"H height. It pairs a high-output 320,000 BTU propane cooking top with 3 front non-clog burners, 2 rear Pyromax burners, standard cast-iron grates, a 24" right-side charbroiler, and a standard oven base; the oven base is a 45,000 BTU manual-pilot unit with 175°F–550°F thermostat and fits full-size pans, while the convection oven base option is a 32,000 BTU, 3-rack convection oven with 115V/3-phase, 5.9A electrical and can run as a standard oven. With stainless front and sides, front manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, and 10" rear/side clearances, it suits high-volume line cooking and roasting where one range has to cover burners, grilling, and oven work in a single floor unit.
