The JTKC-36-RAD Chitwood “Smoke” Broiler has a radiant burner. JTKC-36-RAD … each include a charbroiler section. Propane. The Chitwood “Smoke” Broiler burner valves provide infinite control. The “-RAD” model uses a cast-iron radiant to provide even heat. A “-RAD” model has one 15,000 BTU/hr burner every 6 inches of broiler. The broiler has two separate 14-gauge steel drip pans to control flare-ups. The CHITWOOD Smoke-Ejector system provides maximum smoke to the grill surface. The smoke box is independent of main burner heat for cold smoking. The broiler has 14-gauge stainless-steel all-welded body construction. The JTKC-36-RAD range has an overall width of 36 in.
