KELT-30F. The Southbend KELT-20F, KELT-30F, KELT-40F, and KELT-60F kettles are self-generating steam kettles. The KELT-30F kettle has a rated capacity of 30 gallons (114 liters). The 24 kW, 208 V, three-phase electrical configuration draws 66.6 amps per line. The kettle's tilt mechanism is sealed stainless steel, tilts the kettle forward a full 90° for complete emptying, and is self-locking for positive stop action. The heating elements are thermostatically controlled to provide precise temperatures throughout the range from slow simmer to rolling boil.
