The Blodgett Invoq Hybrid 10-1/1 GN oven is a pass-through configuration. The Invoq Hybrid 10-1/1 GN PassThrough oven supports 1/1 GN pans. The Invoq Hybrid 10-1/1 GN PassThrough model combines a boiler with an injection steam system. The Invoq Hybrid 10-1/1 GN PassThrough oven draws 28 A at 480 V, 3Ph AC. The user interface has a super-wide viewing angle and uses self-explanatory symbols and guidance; it is operated by Android 9 and is compatible with Middleby UI for multiple devices with the same control. The oven cavity is made from 304/DIN 1.4301 steel, with seamless welding and rounded corners for airflow and cleaning. The Invoq Hybrid 10-1/1 GN PassThrough's cleaning system operates fully automatically.
