Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range, model 4601AC-2RR, built as a high-output open-burner range with a storage base and convection oven base. It has six 33,000 BTU non-clog cast iron burners, a 24" raised manual griddle/broiler on the right, and 263,500 total BTU, so it fits heavier line and banquet-style cooking rather than light-duty work. Propane fuel, 115V/3PH power for the oven base, 60.75" W x 42.13" D floor footprint, stainless front/sides, manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilots, battery spark ignition, and optional center-opening cabinet doors round out the package.
