The Sirius II is a Southbend steam convection/circulating boilerless steam oven with automatic water-fill, internally preheated water for fast recovery, a clean water reservoir system, and a rear drain. Sirius II-8-SB. The Sirius II-8-SB configuration contains two steamers. The steamer model in the Sirius II-8-SB configuration is Sirius II-4.
