Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding commercial gas range for indoor use, built as a propane unit with 287,000 total BTU and a 60.75" x 34" footprint, so it sits in the high-output floor-range class rather than a compact line unit. This configuration is a burner-top range with no oven bases: four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with continuous wavy grates plus a mix of two rear Pyromax burners and three front 33,000 BTU star burners, with cast iron grate tops, standing pilot, factory regulator, and front manual gas shut-off. The two stainless cabinet bases add under-range storage, and the stainless front/sides, 4" front rail, and optional center-opening doors make it a fit for busy high-volume kitchens that want a large range top and storage instead of ovens.
