Middleby Imperial® Spec Series IHR-GT24-2-EW-C is a 36-inch freestanding electric range with a convection oven, set up for 240V, 3-phase power and 21.7 kW / 56A service. It combines (2) 3.75 kW wafer elements with a 24-inch thermostatic griddle over the oven, giving it a high-volume commercial-kitchen footprint rather than a compact line unit; the oven includes three chrome racks, a 1/4 hp blower, electronic ignition, and a porcelainized interior, while the sealed wafer plates, 3.25-inch stainless landing ledge, grease trough, and removable grease can make it practical for mixed-menu production and heavy daily use.
