IR-G24T-E. IR-G24T-E and IR-G24T-E-XB ranges have a 24 in (610 mm) griddle. IR-G24T-E and IR-G24T-E-XB ranges have thermostat controls for the griddle top. Chef depth oven interior accommodates standard 18” x 26” (457 x 660 mm) sheet pans front-to-back and side-by-side. The standard oven has a thermostatic control. The standard oven’s highest stated temperature setting is 500°F (260°C). The standard oven’s lowest stated temperature setting is 150°F (65°C). The IR-G24T-E range has total electrical input of 11.3 kW at 208 V, 1 phase. The IR-G24T-E range draws 55 A at 208 V, 1 phase. Each listed range model (IR-4-E, IR-4-E-XB, IR-G24T-E and IR-G24T-E-XB) is 24 in (610 mm) wide overall.
