The Southbend Platinum Series bakery electric convection oven is a double-deck oven. The PCEB-DOUBLE oven assembly has two oven cavities. The PCEB-DOUBLE double-oven assembly has a heating-element input of 7.5 kW per oven in the listed 7.5 kW configuration. For each PCEB-DOUBLE oven with 7.5 kW heating elements, the listed single-phase current is 36.1 A at 208 VAC, 60 Hz. The PCEB-DOUBLE control panel may add up to 4.3 A to the electrical current requirement. PCEB-DOUBLE electric ovens are available for single-phase operation, which must be specified upon ordering. The touchscreen controls are TC-Touchscreen Controls. The oven with TC-Touchscreen Controls has a temperature-controller range of 150°F to 550°F. The oven has a stainless steel front, top, and sides. PCEB-DOUBLE ovens are recommended to be installed under a vented hood. A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCEB-DOUBLE ovens.
