The Platinum PRO Series standard gas convection oven is offered in a double-deck arrangement. The Platinum PRO Series oven is offered for natural gas. Each deck of the Platinum PRO Series oven is available with 70,000 BTU gas input. The standard-control version has a solid-state thermostat setting range beginning at 140°F. The standard-control version has a solid-state thermostat setting range ending at 500°F. The oven interior has a porcelain enamel finish and is coved and fastener-free.
