It is natural gas only, 339,000 total BTU, with 120V/3PH, and the oven side includes battery spark ignition; the convection oven has a 175°F–550°F thermostat, 3 racks, and can switch to standard-oven use, while the standard oven fits full-size pans both ways. Stainless steel front and sides, removable cast iron grates, standing pilots, and a front manual gas shut-off make it a heavy-duty, high-volume line range for full-service production cooking, grilling, and baking.
