Southbend Platinum Series P36C-ISS is a 36" freestanding sectional induction range, not a fryer or oven, built for commercial indoor use. It has two 12" induction hobs with (2) 3,500-watt elements for a 7.0 kW, 240V, 3-phase electric hookup, and the 36" x 41" footprint on a 567-lb stainless cabinet base puts it in a compact-to-medium duty station class for line cooking, sauté, and prep rather than high-output batch production. Key differentiators are the CERAN glass top, 0-9 power-level LED indicators, automatic infrared shut-off, removable 12" elements, removable drip tray, and the cabinet base that can open from the center or be removed for open storage; it can also be configured with a TruVection oven base or mounted as a modular unit.
