The LANG D036 marine deck oven is UL Listed for marine use. The D0363M oven assembly has three oven sections. The inside height of each listed D036 marine oven model— … D0363M—is 22 in (559 mm). The inside width of each listed D036 marine oven model— … D0363M—is 12 in (305 mm). The inside depth of each listed D036 marine oven model—D036M, D0361M, D0362M, and D0363M—is 27.8 in (705 mm). The D0363M electric oven has an input power of 15.1 kW at 440 V AC and 60 Hz. The D0363M oven electrical configuration at 440 V AC, 60 Hz has a 3-phase rated current of 19.9 A. The D036_M marine oven requires three-phase supply for the standard 440 V or 480 V supply options. The LANG D036 marine deck oven's thermostat temperature control is specified from 150°F to 450°F. A 3-heat switch provides top-only, bottom-only, or top-and-bottom heat. The aluminized steel oven interior is fully insulated on six sides. The oven deck is reinforced to eliminate warping.
