The hotLOGIX HL9 Series heated humidified food holding cabinets include a water reservoir for humidity generation. The HL9-18 cabinet has a pan capacity of 36 pans in the 12″ × 20″ format. The HL9-18 cabinet has a pan capacity of 18 pans in the 18″ × 26″ format. The pan capacities listed for the HL9 cabinets are based on pan spacing at 3″ (76 mm). The cabinet is double-wall insulated stainless steel, with an 18-gauge interior, a 20-gauge polished exterior, 2-inch-thick high-density fiberglass wrap-around insulation, and a full-depth caster bolster with perimeter supports welded to bolsters. The hotLOGIX HL9 Series cabinets have dial controls for temperature and humidity setting. The hotLOGIX HL9 Series cabinets are rated for 120 volts. The hotLOGIX HL9 Series cabinets are single-phase.
