Southbend Platinum Series P36T-SIS is a 36" freestanding sectional electric range with a TruVection oven base and two 12" induction cook tops, rated at 14.5 kW, 240V, 3-phase, field wired, and requiring a dedicated circuit. At 36" wide and 630 lb with 100% stainless construction, CERAN glass top, removable 12" elements, infrared overheat shutoff, and removable drip tray, it’s a compact modular battery unit rather than a large production range, suited to indoor commercial kitchens that want an induction top over a convection-style oven base for line or prep use.
