Lang Electric Countertop Griddle Model 172 is not CSA/ETL certified. Lang Electric Countertop Griddle models 124TC, 136TC, 148TC, 160TC, and 172TC have snap-action controls. The Lang Electric Countertop Griddle Model 172 has rated electrical input of 36 kW. The Lang electric countertop griddle's available 480 V, 3-phase option is shipped ready to hard-wire.
