The electrical phase for electric PCEB-PRO-DOUBLE ovens must be specified upon ordering. For the PCEB-PRO-DOUBLE ventless option, a hood is not required. The Platinum PRO Series standard controls have a temperature range of 140°F to 500°F. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top.
