Middleby/Imperial IR-12-EW is a 72" freestanding electric range with 12 wafer-style surface elements over two standard ovens, built for commercial indoor use and heavy kitchen volume. It runs on 240V/3-phase, 150A, with sealed elements, infinite heat controls, a 3.25" stainless landing ledge, and adjustable heavy-duty legs; the 72" platform and dual ovens make it a high-capacity choice for busy line cooking and baking rather than a compact counter or single-oven unit. The ovens have 5.3 kW elements, a 150°F to 500°F thermostat range, and porcelainized interiors, with options including casters, bottom shelf, extra racks, and 480V availability.
