The 2T4 Artisan Stone Deck Oven has advanced digital controls. The Doyon 2T4 oven assembly has four stacked oven decks. Each Doyon 2T4 deck holds two 18 × 26 in full-size sheet pans. The Doyon 2T4 oven's control for each deck is digital. The stone interior of each Doyon 2T4 deck is NSF approved. The Doyon 2T4 has full stainless steel construction, a single 1/2 in water line connection, is assembled for quick installation, and has a 1/2 in drain line out the rear of the unit. The Doyon 2T4 oven is electric. The 2T4 oven configuration is rated at 240 V, 1 phase. The 2T4 oven configuration rated at 240 V, 1 phase draws 112 A.
