Electric Convection Oven. Each MARK V-200 extra-depth baking compartment accepts five standard full-size baking pans measuring 18″ × 26″. Each MARK V-200 oven section has a temperature-control range of 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C). Each MARK V-200 oven section has 11 rack positions. The MARK V-200 oven's standard control is an Artisan Touchscreen Control. The Blodgett MARK V-200 oven has an 11 kW electrical input rating for the 60 Hz, 480 VAC, 3-phase supply configuration. The baking compartment has an easy-to-clean Oleophobic liner (14 gauge), an aluminized blower wheel and interior lights. Exterior construction includes a full angle-iron frame and stainless steel front, top and sides.
