Southbend Ultimate Series 60-3/4" gas range, model 4603AD-2CR_NG, is a heavy-duty floor range built for high-volume line work. It combines six 33,000 BTU star burners, a 24" charbroiler on the right, and a standard oven base; the oven can also be specified as a convection oven base with 3 racks and a fan-driven 115V motor, or as a 45,000 BTU standard oven that fits full-size pans. Natural gas only, 339,000 total BTUs, 120V/3-phase electrical service, and 60.75"W x 44.5"D x 59.5"H make it a large, install-in-place commercial range for busy restaurants, banquet kitchens, and multi-function cooking lines.
