Southbend Ultimate Series 60" commercial gas range, model 4607CC-2TR_LP, is a freestanding propane unit built for high-output line cooking. It combines four 40,000 BTU Pyromax open burners with a 24" thermostatic griddle on the right for a 208,000 BTU total, plus two stainless steel cabinet bases for under-range storage instead of oven space. At 60.75" wide and 34" deep, with stainless front/sides, cast-iron grates, standing pilots, and a front manual gas shut-off, it fits a high-volume kitchen that wants burner-heavy production with a griddle section and storage in one floor unit.
