It totals 316,000 BTU on natural gas and is sized for higher-volume line cooking and roasting, with a 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H footprint, stainless steel front/sides, manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot burners, and battery spark oven ignition. The two 45,000 BTU ovens hold full-size pans both ways and have 175°F–550°F thermostatic control, which makes it a fit for busy restaurant kitchens that need rangetop production plus dual oven capacity.
