The FFSTKPKG28 is a commercial electric Crisp ’N Hold warm food holding station package, not a fryer or oven, built as a stacked setup with a CNH28XD on top of a VCNH3W3S base. The top holding cabinet is 28.125"W x 33"D x 20.75"H, and the full package measures 29"W x 30.63"D x 53.88"H; it runs on 230V, 1PH, 1800W, field wired, with no water or drain line required. It’s sized for high-volume fried food service, holding up to 2,196 cubic inches of fries or similar items at up to 190°F in 10 minutes, with 1" wraparound insulation, reinforced top, and a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
