The JSHBR-36P radiant plancha broiler is supplied with a cabinet base. gas type: propane. The broiler has a large 26-1/2-inch × 28-1/4-inch lift-out broiler grid, a grid carriage that glides on roller bearing, and a counter balance mechanism. The broiler features an EZ Clean 4-sided grease trough, a stainless steel front, sides and top, 14 gauge stainless steel all welded body construction, and stainless steel gas tubing throughout. The JSHBR-36P radiant plancha broiler has an adjustable stainless steel plate shelf. The JSHBR-36P radiant plancha broiler is 36 in (914 mm) wide. The JSHBR-36P radiant plancha broiler is 36-1/4 in deep.
